Clear booking information for VacayPlus Travel customers.
Quotations and confirmations
A submitted enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when VacayPlus Travel issues confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Third-party services
Attraction, accommodation, airline and other third-party charges are excluded unless the written VacayPlus quotation specifically states that they are included.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel dates, passenger counts, child ages, flight details, pickup addresses and other information required to deliver the service.
Changes
Route, timing, passenger-count or itinerary changes may affect the quotation and must be confirmed by VacayPlus Travel.
