Cancellation requests
Customers should submit cancellation requests to bookings@vacayplustravel.co.za or WhatsApp +27 79 781 8539 and quote the booking reference.
Refund assessment
Refund eligibility depends on the specific quotation, timing of cancellation, costs already incurred and any third-party supplier rules. The website does not promise an automatic refund.
Third-party bookings
Flights, accommodation, attractions and other supplier services may have their own cancellation conditions and non-refundable charges.
Payment-provider refunds
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment provider where supported.
